Here are a few things you need to know before you buy an infrared sauna, as well as my recommendation for where you can get a great one for your family or business.

First off, why choose an infrared sauna over a traditional sauna? Well, it’s simple, really. Traditional saunas are good for you for a certain amount of time (most doctors say 20 minutes in a traditional sauna is the most a person should do). Infrared saunas operate at between 60° and 150°F, compared to traditional saunas which operate at 300° and 1000°F. Thus, infrared saunas alllow longer therapy sessions, and thus increased benefits. They also work by heating your body tissue deeper than taditional saunas, allowing your body to sweat out more toxins at a more comfortable level of heat.
